Textile industry – Esbelt monoblock apron belts with PVC thermoweldable profiles which is ideal for bale openers and loaders.

Wood industry – BREDA series belts, which are majority PVC, are specially designed to perform under difficult conditions like abrasive, mineral oils and cuts. The transverse rigidity assures that the belt is totally flat on the slider bed. Hence, easy to center on very wide conveyors.

Soaps and Detergents industry – In Esbelt, they have different types of belts for conveying detergents depending on the type of soap, whether in pellet, powder or bar form and the type of conveyor and production phase.

Automobile industry – Belts designed for every application in the varied automobile sector: transformation of metallic and plastic parts, stamping and conveying of sheets, tyre production.

Textile

  • Base belts with anti-static top covers.
  • Thermowelded PVC profiles, easy to clean and strongly attached to the base belt to prevent fibres from getting underneath.
  • U-shaped double pins are reliable and suitable for heavy loads.

Belts for Automobile Industry – Keram & Breda Series

Belts for Metal Industry – Keram & Breda Series

  • Excellent resistance to cuts, abrasion and all types of mineral oil.
  • Unlike the rubber belts frequently used in metal sheet winding and which is usually impregnated with oils, Esbelt PU belts remain flat and the borders do not curl up upon contact with oils.

Belts for Corrugated Carton Box Industry – Aster, Breda, Febor & Hipro Series

  • Belts with top cover patterns that offer excellent grip, avoiding slips and product jams.
  • Excellent resistance to abrasion.
  • Belts with longitudinal patterns in the printing process, prevents the ink from forming a film on the belt and affecting the grip.
  • Possibility to drill holes for suction. Vacuum effect to hold the product in place and avoids sliding.
  • Very stable in applications with high speed (up to 4m/s) improving production.
  • Flat transmission belts and high performance Hipro series in applications with high abrasion.

Hipro Belts

  • HPVC on cover side (special high performance PVC).
  • High resistance to abrasion.
  • Resistant to chemical products, diesel, mineral oils, acids and alkaline solutions (except ketone and chlorinated solutions).
  • Bottom cover conductive resin fabric, resistant to abrasion and external environmental factors.
  • Antistatic according to ISO 284 standards.
  • Vulcanised splice or fastener joints.
